How to Use

• Head and guts whole for big cod, conger, and bass

• Cut in half for rays and smoothhounds

• Slice into thin strips for smaller species, just like squid

Preparation Guide

Using a sharp filleting knife:

1. Cut along the body from bottom to top and open it out

2. Remove the marble-sized ink sac

3. Hold the body and pull the head and guts upward in one motion

4. The internal bone removes easily
