2. Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive order confirmation by email.

By placing an order and ticking the Terms & Conditions box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.


3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

We accept payment via the payment methods shown at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.


4. Delivery

Delivery charges are clearly displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We dispatch orders Monday–Thursday for next working day delivery, subject to courier performance.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our reasonable control.

5. Perishable Goods

Frozen, chilled, and live bait are classified as perishable goods.

We take reasonable care to ensure goods are of satisfactory quality and properly packed at the time of dispatch.

Once goods are handed to the courier, environmental and transit conditions are outside our control.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods were faulty or misdescribed at dispatch.


6. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

Risk transfers once goods have been delivered to the address provided, or delivered in accordance with any safe place instructions you have supplied.

Proof of delivery may include delivery confirmation, GPS scan, or photographic evidence.


7. Returns & Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.

Frozen, chilled, and live bait cannot be returned once dispatched unless faulty at the time of dispatch.

Non-perishable goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless goods are faulty.


8. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged at dispatch, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.

We may require photographic evidence.

Where goods are confirmed faulty at dispatch, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.


9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law

Subject to the above, our liability shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
