- 99 precent of our parcels turn up frozen, and on time but, we cannot be held responsible for defrosted baits due to matters out of our control ,Vehicle Breakdowns ,Delays at the hub etc we cannot be held responsible for this and therefore its the customers choice and risk .
- FREE delivery on orders £60 or over UK mainland
- Orders nder £60 o is £8.75 delivery charge UK mainland
- We ship to Lowlands of Scotland but can take more than 24 hours to arrive 2 days + we therefore ask customers to take full responsibility for there parcel .Also please contact us to discuss this 1st.f you want Baits posted to Highlands please contact us 1st .
- We post Monday ,Tuesday ,Wednesday, Thursday for next day delivery
- Parcels have a maximum weight of 30 kg if over we will contact you with any extra cost.
- All our baits will be shipped overnight by express couriers
- We pack all our parcels in Polystyrene boxes and ice
- If you are not in your parcel will be left with a neighbour or a safe place ,please when ordering nominate a neighbour or safe place if you think you might be out .
- We do a A,M delivery and a courier surcharge is a extra £5 please advise when ordering
- We do not ship Saturdays or sundays
- We do allow baits to be picked up but have to be ordered 1st from us a a mutual time arranged for collection
- We do not at the moment deliver to Channel islands and ireland as its a logistical nightmare
