We only post to the lowlands of Scotland not the highlands

and can take 2/3 days  please only order if your happy with this,as we cannot take the risk of defrosted baits

 

Due to many factors in the logistics industry parcels can take 1-2+ days to deliver, we Cannot refund defrosted baits if this happens so please only order if you are okay with this. Thank you.

RETURNS

If the unlikely happens and you are not happy with your order

We do take returns on bait   Postage  is at customers cost

and the Parcel must arrive back to us in the same condition it was sent frozen with ice blocks on a next day courier service

we can normally sort any issues before it gets to this

1.All parcel i send are left with neighbour or safe if you are not  in to receive it ,or at work etc  the instructions on the delivery  ,as being perishable they have to be delivered fast or they defrost

2.you can nominate a safe place yourself and we will put that on the delivery note  ,if not it will be the standard 1
